...Bought some tires from a local shop, 2 Conti all seasons and 2 Kumho tires for 160 all together. Had them mounted onto some ADR SZ1 wheels, 17 inches. Tires are wider, lower profile than stock and the wheels sit out a little farther than the stock ones did.
My father parked behind me, our wheel game is pretty strong.
I honestly may invest in some lowered springs at some point. Rear ones look super simple to change.

Why not 4 of the same kind?

Yeah, seriously, why?

Echoing the others; you need to have 4 of the same tires. If you can't afford 4 of the same and new wheels...well...save up some more.

They just weren't in stock. I've been trying to get my hands on this size for about a month and they finally had a couple of different brands.

These are pretty much on here for 2-3 months till winter, then the stock wheels will go back on and I'll have money for four of the same brand new tires by then. Shop I got these from had 4 Contis but 2 of them had tiny bubbles that would've been a bigger problem than just running two different brands of all seasons. Plus I drive this car 2 miles a day to and from work mostly, so I'm not really using it a ton.

Sadly it's not ours, it's our neighbors who've passed on so it's vacant currently. Our driveway is being redone so our cars are parked elsewhere.

fair enough, just so long as you weren't cheaping out. For some reason the conti's bubble, I had a set of DWS that bubbled...though to be fair I hit a curb.

Haha, I meant it as the car selection. 2 White Boxes with black rims, just looks cool in any driveway.
I misuse words sometimes, english is second language. Because Mexican

If they were one brand on front one brand on back I don't see the issue. Hell my parents (they're not too well off) have mismatched tires on all of their cars. In commuting it hardly matters.

Ohhh I was wondering if that was what you meant when replying. Derp. Thanks for the compliment! Most of the people on our street hate it because they drive Chevy/GMC SUVs and other oversized american trucks.

Certainly better than stock!
I gotta say, your tag bugs the shit out of me. I don't like the new flat plates, they just look wrong!

From my research Contis bubble because they have very soft sidewalls that are known to bubble even if you don't do something as drastic as hitting a curb. I had 2 Contis bubble on my C300 within 4 days of owning the car brand new off the lot.
Basically unless you live where the roads are glass smooth or out West where there's no salt that will destroy the road causing craters get a different brand. Michelins and Goodyears are known for stiffer sidewalls that can stand more abuse.
